While therapy may be a very necessary part of your healing process, it is focused on talking and understanding your feelings, whereas coaching is a bit different.
50% of the time we are focusing on creating awareness (finding those AHA moments for you) and the other 50% of the time you are creating actions to MOVE FORWARD.
